Change of Financial Year End

 

Ajax Resources P lc (LSE: AJAX ) announces a shortening of its current financial reporting period to 28 February 2022, covering the period from incorporation on 21 June 2021, with future financial years also reported to the end of February.  The Company expects to publish its audited annual report and accounts for this period during the first week of August 2022, and to hold its first annual general meeting during that month.
