Resources Limited (TSX-V: AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the \"Company\" or \"AIS\") announces that on November 9, 2018 the Company entered into a loan agreement with Mr. Bulent Seri for a loan in the amount of US$175,000. The loan is for the term of one year and bears interest at 10% per annum. Upon approval of the TSX Venture exchange the lender shall also receive from the Company bonus shares representing 10% of the aggregate sum of the loan. The Company shall also pay a loan application fee in the amount of US$5,000. Proceeds of the loan will be used for working capital purposes.
