Chancery Resources, Inc. Completes Acquisitions of Ozone-Based Sanitation Service Providers

Company to Expand Operations, Change name to “AirTrona International, Inc.”

STONEY CREEK, ON, December 5, 2012 – Chancery Resources, Inc. (OTC: CCRY), a provider of ozone-based sanitation services, today announced that it had completed the acquisitions of AirTrona International, Inc. and AirTrona of Canada.  The acquisitions were made with CCRY stock. CCRY has adopted the business plan of AirTrona - www.airtrona.com.

Airtrona provides top-quality commercial and industrial high-grade Ozone Generators for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential applications, including ozone sanitization and ozone laundry systems.
