Re Dividend

As disclosed in the final results for the year ended 31^st December 2021 ("FY21"), released on 12 April 2022, the Board of Airea plc declared a dividend of 0.4p per ordinary share in respect of FY21. As disclosed in the Company's notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") available to view on the Company's website, the final dividend will be paid on 26 May 2022 to shareholders on the register on 26 April 2022. Shareholders at the AGM approved the final dividend on 17 May 2022.
