(\"Topmed\"), a Taiwanese biotech company. Under the Agreement, Topmed will be the exclusive distributor of pet supplements for cats and dogs based on Ainos' low-dose oral interferon-alpha (\"IFNα\") formulation, VELDONA®, in Taiwan.
