(\"Tah-An\").Ainos and Tah-An intend to jointly explore the feasibility of manufacturing an animal investigational new drug based on the Company's VELDONA® formulation. Ainos plans to begin animal clinical trials for potential veterinary applications of VELDONA® in the first quarter of 2023. Tah-An is proposed as the contract manufacturer of the new drug candidates and Ainos plans to contribute technical assistance. The companies are currently engaged in talks to establish a formal contract based on the MoU terms.Tah-An is a leading producer of animal drugs and has manufactured pharmaceuticals for both livestock and companion animals since 1966.
