Admission is expected to become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 30 December 2019. Following Admission, the new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. \nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 253,045,232 Ordinary Shares of £0.000001 each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
