[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 7224O\n Agronomics Limited\n 12 October 2021\n \n \n \n 12 October 2021\n Agronomics Limited\n (\"Agronomics\" or the \"Company\")\n Exercise of Warrants\n and Updated Total Voting Rights\n \n Agronomics Limited (AIM:ANIC), a leading listed company focused on cellular agriculture, announces that pursuant to the receipt of notice for the exercise of warrants, it is issuing 42,747 New Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.000001 each in the capital of the Company (\"Shares\") at a subscription price of 28.5p per Share.\n Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"), with Admission expected to occur on or around 18 October 2021.\n The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared after the date of their issue.\n Following Admission of the Shares, the Company will have 799,649,130 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.000001 each in issue with voting rights and admitted to trading on AIM.
