In that regard, Agri-Dynamics added to the legal team that has been involved with the company, an attorney specializing in SEC laws and regulations so that news may be released at the proper time and in the right way as required by law. These rules which had been adopted by OTC on March 15th of this year adds another layer to protect the public investors and the marketplace. As a result of the required legal review, procedures have been upgraded to improve the release of information. We plan to be able to start releasing news on a more steady basis as soon as reasonably possible.Updates to the OTC Markets corporate profile tab with new information will be made forthwith as we maintain our disclosure to the public.
