(Highstreet) will assume the portfolio management of AGF Dividend Income Fund replacing AGF Investments Inc. on or about June 26, 2015. \n\nFounded in 1998 and based in London, Ontario, Highstreet is a wholly owned subsidiary of AGF Management Limited. With assets of approximately $1.4 billion, Highstreet provides discretionary money management services to high-net-worth investors, individual investors and their families, foundations, pension plans, and institutional investors. \n\nAt Highstreet's foundation lies empirically based research and the combination of quantitative and fundamental investing.
