BARR\")\n \nLicence Agreement with Snapple Beverage Corp\n \nSnapple Beverage Corp, a subsidiary of the Dr Pepper Snapple Group (\"DPSG\") and A.G. BARR p.l.c. (\"A.G. BARR\") announced today that they have entered into a 10 year agreement commencing January 2015, whereby A.G. BARR will have the exclusive rights to sell, market and distribute the Snapple brand in the UK and certain other EU territories.\n \nIn addition, the two companies will work in partnership to identify further expansion opportunities in European markets where Snapple is currently not available. \n \nRoger White A.G.
