(the \"Company\")\n17 April 2019\nAnnual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting\nFollowing the release on 26 March 2019 of the Company's financial results for the year ended 26 January 2019 (the \"Final Results Announcement\"), the Company announces it has today published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 26 January 2019 (the \"Annual Report and Accounts\").\nThe Annual Report and Accounts contains the notice convening the Company's one hundred and fifteenth annual general meeting (the \"AGM\") (the \"Notice of AGM\").
