The annual general meeting will\noccur at 10.00 a. m. on 20th August 2008 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and will be\nfollowed immediately by an extraordinary general meeting, seeking shareholders'\napproval of certain matters concerning the ordinary share capital of the\nCompany.
