Andrada accelerates growth of its tin production

Andrada Mining Limited announced the completion of its second processing plant, the Jig Plant, at its Uis mine in Namibia, on time and within budget. Commissioning is scheduled for the last week of August 2025. The Jig Plant has a nameplate capacity of 80-100 tonnes per hour, potentially processing up to 40,000 tonnes of ore per month, with a potential recovery rate of 70%. Initial feedstock will come from the Uis proximal pegmatites (0.14%-0.3% tin grade) and existing stockpiles, supplemented by a secured ore supply agreement with Goantagab mining for up to 20,000 tonnes of 1.5% tin grade ore. The company expects significantly increased tin output due to the added processing capacity. Disclaimer*
