[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n\n3 January 2024\nAfrican Pioneer Plc\n (\"African Pioneer\" or the \"Company\") \nDirector's Dealings & Shareholder Interest\n \nAfrican Pioneer (TIDM: AFP), the copper-gold exploration and development company, announces that it has been notified by M&A Wealth Pty Ltd, a member of the Concert Party, that on 29 December 2023 and 3 January 2024 it has sold a total of 1,125,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company (\"Shares\") (\"Share Sale\") reducing its shareholding in the Company to 1,875,000 Shares representing 0.82% of the Company's issued share capital (\"Total Voting Rights\"). Of the Shares sold by M&A Wealth 375,000 Shares representing in aggregate 0.164% of the Total Voting Rights were acquired by the Company's Director Colin Bird at 1.6 pence (\"Director's Share Purchase\").
