Holds Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders \n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n TORONTO,\n \n \n Ontario – TheNewswire\n-\n \n \n June 03, 2022 – AFR NuVenture Resources Inc.\n(TSXV:AFR) (“\n \n \n AFR\n \n \n ” or the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”) announces that it held its Annual\nand Special Meeting of shareholders on June 1, 2022, at which all\nmatters proposed by management were approved, supported by 100% of the\nvotes of the shareholders who voted at the meeting.\n \n \n \n \n All directors were re-elected to the Board and, at the\ndirectors’ meeting following the shareholders’ meeting, management\nwas re-appointed for the ensuing year.
