The audited financial statements included in the Annual Report are also appended to this announcement, reflecting the final results following the conclusion of the audit process.\n \nThe Company's AGM will be held electronically via the Lumi platform https://meetings.lumiconnect.com/100-592-443-031 on 4 June 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (BST). Shareholders wishing to participate should refer to the Notice of AGM for full details of how to attend and vote electronically.\n \nThe Company is operating an electronic voting system to enable shareholders to vote on the resolutions in advance of the meeting.
