Chief Financial Officer Start Date
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 29 September 2022, Peter Dixon-Clarke was appointed as Chief Finance Officer and director of the Company on 1 December 2022.
Peter takes over the role from Graeme Lewis who has resigned as a director of AFC Energy plc also with effect from 1 December 2022.
