[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5578C AFC Energy Plc 17 April 2013 \n \n\n17 April 2013\n \nAFC Energy PLC\n(\"AFC Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \nExercise of Options \nDirector Shareholding\n \nExercise of Options\n \nAFC Energy (AIM: AFC) announces that application has been made for 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme (the \"Option Exercise\") by Gene Lewis, Technical Director. The options have an exercise price of 3.13 pence per share.\n \nThe 1,000,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and admission to trading on AIM is expected to take place on 23rd April 2013 (\"Admission\"). \n \nThe total enlarged issued share capital of the Company following Admission will be 221,448,544 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.
