[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n ARSENAL HOLDINGS PLC \n\n Appointment of Director by Arsenal Holdings PLC (\"Arsenal\") \n\nFurther to Arsenal's announcement on 17th December 2008 that Ivan Gazidis would\nbe joining the Board of Arsenal as its Chief Executive Officer with effect from\n1st January 2009, and in accordance with the requirements of the Plus Markets\nRules for Issuers, Arsenal hereby gives notice of the following:\n\n * Ivan Gazidis has been a member of the US Soccer Federation National Board\n of Directors but has not been a director or partner of any other\n companies or partnerships during the previous five years.\n \n * Ivan Gazidis has no unspent convictions in relation to fraudulent offences;\n \n * no company or partnership in which Ivan Gazidis was a director or partner\n at the relevant time, or during the preceding twelve months, has entered\n into administration, receivership, or insolvent liquidation (including any\n company or partnership voluntary arrangements);\n \n * Ivan Gazidis has never been bankrupt or entered into any individual\n voluntary arrangements; and\n \n * Ivan Gazidis has not had any official public incriminations or sanctions by\n statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional\n bodies) and has never been disqualified by a court from acting in the\n management or conduct of the affairs of any company.\n \n12th January 2009\n ","length":1487,"tagName":"div"}]
