Admission of Shares and Total Voting Rights
AFC Energy Plc will apply for the admission of 1,404,554 ordinary shares to trading on AIM, expected on December 22, 2025, to satisfy discretionary bonuses for non-PDMR leadership team members. Following this admission, the company's total issued and outstanding share capital will be 1,132,966,953 ordinary shares, each with voting rights, which shareholders will use for notification calculations under FCA rules. It is expected that Admission will become effective at or around 8.00 a.m. on 22 December 2025.\nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued and outstanding share capital will comprise of 1,132,966,953 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights, and this number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
