Each of the resolutions put to the General Meeting were voted on by way of a poll. Authorise the directors to disapply pre-emption rights in respect of the allotment of ordinary shares pursuant to resolution 1*\n\n\n37,649,024\n\n\n99.93\n\n\n25,000\n\n\n0.07\n\n\n0\n\n\n\n\n3.
