Notice of Capital Markets Event

AEW UK REIT plc ("AEWU" or the "Company"), which directly owns a value-focused, diversified portfolio of 34 UK commercial property assets, will be hosting a Capital Markets Event for analysts and institutional investors on 12 November from 11:00am-13.45pm GMT at its offices, 42nd floor, 8 Bishopsgate, EC2N 4BQ.
The investment manager, AEW, who will be joined by members of the Board of Directors, will present an overview of the Company's ten-year track record, discuss its investment strategy, and highlight current market opportunities. No new material information will be delivered during the event.
