Establishment of Committees and Appointment of a Senior Independent Director

The Board of the Company has established a Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and a Management Engagement Committee, each comprising all of the Directors, to work alongside the existing Audit and Risk Committee.

Katrina Hart will chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Robin Archibald will chair the Management Engagement Committee, with Mark Kirkland continuing to chair the Audit and Risk Committee.

Liz Peace has been appointed as Senior Independent Director.
