She joined AV in May 2025 through the company’s acquisition of BlueHalo, where she served [on the Executive Leadership team] as President of the Product & Space Systems portfolio. In that role, she oversaw product innovation and manufacturing operations, driving growth across the portfolio and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
