There was no known disagreement with Ms Greiner on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices. On the same day, our board of directors appointed Mr. Brian Sims and Ms. Juliana Lam to serve as members of the board of directors to serve until the next annual meeting of the shareholders or until removed by other action as allowed by the corporate bylaws. \r\n\r\nMr. Brian E. Sims: For the last ten years, Mr. Brian E. Sims has been employed with the Council of Marine Carriers, located at 200-1575 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C. V6G 2V3. His current holds the position of Labour Relations Coordinator. His responsibilities include contract negotiation and administration. He sits as employer Trustee on two multi-employer-union pension and two benefit plans. Council represents 80% of the towboat industry in Western Canada. \r\n\r\nMs. Lam: from 1996 to the present, Ms. Lam has been an Assistant General Manager for Austin Marmon Ltd. where she has managed and trained personnel working in customer service and sales. Her duties also include monitoring manufacturing facilities. Ms. Lam graduated in 1996 from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. \r\n\r\nOfficers: On December 16, 2005, Ms. Allison Greiner resigned as President and CEO of our company. On the same day, our board of directors appointed Mr. Randy Dixon as President and Ms. Talia Dixon as Secretary and Treasurer of our company. \r\n\r\nMr. Dixon: For the past 22 years, Mr. Dixon has served as CEO and President of Dixon Pumps, Inc. and for the past 10 years he has been CEO and President of R&D Manufacturing Inc. Dixon Pumps is a pump manufacturing company that manufactures petroleum transfer pumps meters, nozzles industrial brass hose fittings and related products for the oil industry.
