Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy following the instructions set out in the notice of AGM.\n \n \n \n \n \n As part of the business of the AGM, the Directors are also seeking authority to adopt new articles of association for the Company (the \"New Articles\"). The New Articles will take effect from the close of the AGM and will amend the existing articles of association, principally to reflect changes to law and market practice.
