Aeorema Communications plc, a leading strategic communications group, announces that Alan Charlton, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.22 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Alan Charlton holds a total of 436,130 Ordinary Shares representing 4.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.
