Aeorema Communications plc (AIM: AEO) a leading strategic communications group, announces that Stephen Haffner has notified the Company of his intention to step down as non-executive director and company secretary of the Company, with immediate effect.

Mike Hale, Non-Executive Chairman of Aeorema Communications plc, commented: "We would like to thank Stephen for all the work and inputs he has contributed in the nine years he has been on the Board.  We wish him every success in the future."
