("GP Inc."): Bryna Goldberg,\nMichael Rosicki and Rita Toporowski.\n\n\nMs. Goldberg recently retired as Executive Vice President Legal Affairs,\nGeneral Counsel and Secretary for Shoppers Drug Mart Ltd. and played a key\nrole in transitioning Shoppers through a leveraged buy-out transaction and\nsubsequent IPO. She has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry in\nCanada.\n\n\nMr. Rosicki is currently a trustee of the Fund. Mr. Rosicki is the former\nChairman and Chief Executive Officer of Parmalat North America.\n\n\nMs. Toporowski is currently Vice-President Corporate Planning &\nDevelopment, Dinecorp Hospitality Inc. (an affiliate of The Second Cup Ltd.)\nand brings to the board over 15 years of experience in various senior level\nroles within the airline industry, including President Air Canada Vacations\nand Senior Director Six Sigma for Air Canada.\n\n\nThe Fund also wishes to announce that Gabriel Tsampalieros has resigned\nfrom the board of directors and as Chief Executive Officer of GP Inc. Mr.\nTsampalieros will continue to serve as a director and as the Executive\nChairman of The Second Cup Ltd., which Mr. Tsampalieros indirectly owns.\n\n\n"We welcome Bryna, Michael and Rita to the board of GP Inc.
