San Giovanni in Marignano, 26 May 2026. Following the press release of 12 May 2026, Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) - a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, a leader in the fashion and luxury sector - informs that on 22 May 2026 an application was filed with the Court of Bologna for authorization to contract pre-deductible loans as part of the negotiated resolution of the group crisis, to cover the Company's liquidity needs.

More specifically, the Court of Bologna was asked to authorize Aeffe to enter into a bullet loan with illimity Bank SpA for up to € 20 million, with a maximum term of 18 months and 2 days and a cost equal to the 3M Euribor zero floor plus a 12% margin, and to recognize the loan as preferential, pursuant to Article 22 of the Civil Code. The loan, if authorized, would be backed by a package of guarantees consisting, among other things

, of a pledge on the registered trademarks held by Aeffe (Moschino and Alberta Ferretti).

Furthermore, with reference to the negotiated resolution of the crisis (CNC) which Aeffe and Pollini SpA had access to on 2 October 2025 and which will expire on 6 June 2026, it is communicated that on 25 May 2026 the said companies submitted to the Expert, Dr. Riccardo Ranalli - pursuant to art. 17, paragraph 7, of the Corporate Crisis Code (CCII) - a request to consent to the extension of the CNC until the final deadline of 4 October 2026 .

Finally, today, Aeffe and Pollini filed a petition with the Court of Bologna requesting selective precautionary measures, pursuant to Article 19 of the Italian Civil Code (CCII), to protect the companies' assets from individual attacks, ensure the successful completion of the restructuring process, and serve the creditors' interests. The measure's duration will be determined by the extension of the CNC.
