(TSX:ADX) today announced the completion of the Company's\nExecutive Team transition that began in October 2005.\nKelly Ambrose, who joined Advantex as President & Chief Operating Officer\nin October 2005 is now assuming full responsibility for the management of the\noperations of the Company, with the exception of the Company's Online Shopping\nMall business, which will continue to report directly to G. Randall Munger,\nChairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.\n\"Advantex is on a fast track,\" said Mr. Ambrose. \"Over the past year,\nAdvantex has improved its operating cost structure, completed a $3 million\nequity financing, successfully launched its Advance Purchase Program, and\nrecently began expanding into new geographic and ethnic markets. We are poised\nfor rapid and profitable growth.\"\n\"Kelly is a great asset to the Company, driving significant operational\nimprovements throughout the organization. We look forward to the positive\nresults of his strong leadership in the years ahead,\" said Mr. Munger.\nThe Board also announced that an Executive Committee has been formed to\nfocus on profitability. The Committee is comprised of Richard Groome, Peter\nCharlton, G. Randall Munger and Kelly Ambrose. The Committee will meet\nregularly to review and assess the Company's progress towards its\nprofitability objectives. Messrs.
