[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nADX: TSX\n\n\nTORONTO, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - Advantex Marketing International Inc.\n("Advantex" or the "Company") (TSX: ADX), a leading specialist in merchant\nfunding and loyalty marketing programs, announces that the Toronto Stock\nExchange ("TSX") is reviewing the eligibility of the Company's common shares\n(the "Common Shares") for continued listing on the TSX. In particular, the TSX\nhas indicated that it appears that: (i) the public distribution, price or\ntrading activity of the Common Shares has been so reduced as to not warrant\ncontinued listing; and (ii) the market value of the Common Shares has been\nless than $3.0 million for a period of 30 consecutive trading days. The\nCompany has been granted 210 days to comply with all requirements for\ncontinued listing on the TSX. The Company and its representatives are\ncurrently in discussion with the TSX regarding this matter.
