Advantex announces change to its board of directors

TORONTO, June 23 /CNW/ - Advantex Marketing International Inc. (TSX:ADX)
announces the resignation of Wanda Dorosz as a director of the Company.
Ms. Dorosz is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Quorum Group,
which has been providing fiscal advisory services to the Company in connection
with potential strategic alternatives and financings. A fund managed by the
Quorum Group has an interest in a third party with which Advantex is
discussing a potential business combination. In light of this development and
the potential resulting conflict of interest, Ms. Dorosz has decided to resign
as a director of the Company.
