On the same day, Vin Murria's husband, Sunil Bhalla, purchased 5,050,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 145.01 pence per Ordinary Share.\n \nIn addition, the Company was also notified that on 29 July 2024, Vin Murria sold 5,047,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from her personal holding at a price of 144.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
