Vin brings a wealth of experience in the software, technology and support services sectors, having executed a number of highly successful growth strategies during her career to date. Vin previously partnered with Marwyn to acquire and grow Advanced Computer Software Group plc where she was CEO from 2008 to 2015, when it was sold to Vista Equity Partners. \n \n \n \n \n \n Following Vin's appointment, the Directors have decided that the Company's initial focus for investment will be refined to seeking mid-cap acquisition opportunities in the software sector, with the enterprise value of a platform acquisition expected to be in excess of £100 million.\n \n \n \n \n \n Mark Brangstrup Watts, Director of the Company and Managing Partner of Marwyn, commented: \"We are delighted to be working with Vin again after the huge success of the growth strategy she delivered in Advanced Computer Software plc and the significant value generated for shareholders, growing the business on the public markets from an initial £12 million acquisition in 2008 to a £750 million sale to private equity in 2015.
