ADVANCED POWERLINE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Announces Name Change - Trades Under New Symbol

LAVERNE, OK November 9, 2004 Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: APWL - News) announced today that it has completed its name and symbol change from AC/DC Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ACDC) to Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: APWL), to better reflect its business model. Advanced Powerline also announces that in a Special Shareholders meeting held October 16, 2004 in Enid, Oklahoma, the following actions were taken: Dr. Van Pope Steed was terminated from the Board of Directors and as President of Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc., and the uncompleted acquisition of Mobile Innovision, Inc. from Dr. Steed was rescinded. Dorine L. Nyman was elected as the new President/Secretary of Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc., and Roland Butler was elected as new Treasurer of Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc. Dorine L.
