Board members will be elected at this time. This meeting will be a chance for investors to learn to participate directly through the company in its long-term growth prospects and opportunities, to meet with company directors and management face to face and to view the facility and the company's Broadband over Power Line (BPL) and Powerline Communications (PLC) technology. \r\n \r\nIn a unique offering to the members, the meeting will take the form of a company picnic with a barbecue, live entertainment and demonstrations of their factory produced products and technology.
