In line with the UK Government's latest guidelines on social distancing due to COVID-19, AMS hosted its AGM as a closed meeting,\n \n with shareholders voting in advance by proxy. \n Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 18 May 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Details of proxy votes received prior to the meeting will be made available on the Company's website at \n \n www.admedsol.com\n \n .
