The principal activities of the company are an online platform for distribution of 3C products (computers/communications/consumer electronics) in the PRC by way of a website named www.ceetop.com mainly through its wholly owned legal subsidiaries HZ Ceetop and SZ Ceetop.

(OTCQB: MVBF) – MVB Financial was formed on January 1, 2004 as a bank holding company and, effective December 19, 2012, elected to become a financial holding company.  MVB Financial features multiple subsidiaries and affiliated businesses, including MVB Bank, Inc.
