[{"type":"text","content":" HUNTSVILLE, Ala--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nADTRAN, Inc., (NASDAQ: ADTN) today announced that it will hold a special meeting of its stockholders (“Special Meeting”) on January 6, 2022, to adopt the Business Combination Agreement, dated as of August 30, 2021, by and among ADTRAN, Inc., Acorn HoldCo, Inc., Acorn MergeCo, Inc., and ADVA Optical Networking SE, pursuant to which, among other things, ADTRAN, Inc. and ADVA Optical Networking SE agreed to combine their businesses through a merger and an exchange offer, respectively, and become subsidiaries of Acorn HoldCo, Inc.\n\nThe Special Meeting will be held virtually via webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ADTN2022SM at 10:30 AM Central Standard Time. ADTRAN stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2021, the record date for the ADTRAN Special Meeting, will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the ADTRAN Special Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Stockholders will be able to listen to the meeting live and vote during the meeting. Please log into the website by 10:30 AM Central Standard Time on the day of the meeting.
