[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n15 May 2025\n \nAdsure Services PLC\n(\"Adsure\" or the \"Company\")\n\nTIAA Limited Board Appointments\n \nAdsure Services PLC (\"Adsure\" or the \"Company\"), a leading provider of audit and assurance services and the holding company for TIAA Limited (together, \"the Group\"), is delighted to announce the appointment of David Foley and Jane Butterfield to TIAA Limited's (\"TIAA\") Board.\n \nFurther to Adsure's announcement 8 January 2024, David Foley will be appointed Commercial Director and Jane Butterfield will remain as Operations Director.\n \nDavid and Jane bring a wealth of experience delivering business assurance and internal audit services to a wide range of public and private sector clients and continue to play a key role in driving TIAA's growth strategy. As Commercial Director, David will assume responsibility for overseeing all business development activities and will be the line manager for TIAA's four sector leads, while Jane will continue to drive operational excellence in her role as Operations Director.\n \nKevin Limn, CEO of Adsure Services, commented:\n \n\"I am delighted to be able to announce the appointment of David and Jane to the Board of TIAA Limited.
