The Board confirms that this change\ntook place on 4 September 2006. The Group is pleased to announce that Kevin\nChidwick is appointed to the position of Finance Director. Kevin Chidwick was\nappointed as Admiral's Finance Director Designate on 7 March 2006.\n\nKevin joined Admiral in September 2005 from Engage Mutual. He has over 20 years\nexperience in UK financial services, including senior positions with Cigna and\nNational Australia Bank. Kevin is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered\nCertified Accountants and has an MBA from London Business School.\n\nThe Group is also pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy Kellaway and\nMargaret Johnson to the position of Non-Executive Directors of the Board with\nimmediate effect. Mrs Johnson will also join the Audit Committee and\nRemuneration Committee from the date of this appointment and Mrs Kellaway will\njoin the Nomination Committee.\n\nMargaret Johnson has been Group Managing Director of the international\nadvertising agency Leagas Delaney since 2002, and with that company for the past\n11 years.
