The Company has appointed ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG (\"ODDO SEYDLER\") as its Designated Sponsor for Xetra with immediate effect. \n \n \n \n \n \n ODDO SEYDLER has been mandated by the Company to qualify for the 'continuous trading with auctions service' on the Xetra electronic trading venue. The Designated Sponsor provides binding bid and ask prices in continuous auctions, ensuring immediate execution of purchase and sale orders, thereby improving the liquidity of ADM's shares on Xetra for German and European investors. ODDO SEYDLER is a Designated Sponsor for German listed companies on Xetra, Deutsche Börse AG's electronic trading platform.
