As a result of the Fundraise, the Company will issue 3,125,000 new ordinary shares (\"New Ordinary Shares\"). The funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes, to allow the Company to appraise further investment opportunities and to provide funds for investment.\n \nApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 16 August 2019.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 49,638,497 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
