ADM Energy PLC has reorganised its investment in the JKT group, increasing its economic interest and operational control over the reclamation business in Wilson, Oklahoma. The company has acquired 100 per cent of JKT Technologies for US$808,000, satisfied by US$400,000 in new ordinary shares issued at 0.1 pence each, US$180,000 funded from a financing agreement, and US$228,000 through assumed liabilities. This transaction removes over US$1 million in legacy liabilities and increases ADM's effective economic exposure to the JKT operations from approximately 41.4 per cent to 80 per cent during an initial payout period, before reverting to 60 per cent.
