(\"ADF\" or the \"Corporation\") (TSX: DRX) has announced its directors'\n election results following it annual and special meeting of\n shareholders held on June 12, 2013.\n\n\nEach of the nominees proposed as director in the Management Proxy\n Circular dated April 16, 2013 was elected as director of ADF Group Inc.\n by a majority of the shareholders entitled to vote on a vote by show of\n hands. In total, 5,940,338 Subordinate Voting Shares (approximately\n 32,8% of the class) and 14,343,107 Multiple Voting Shares (100% of the\n class) were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting,\n representing 92,47% of the voting rights attached to the shares issued\n and outstanding as the record date of April 16, 2013.
