According to the survey, over a third (34%) of respondent's report feeling that they are not able to set boundaries at work when it comes to preserving their work-life balance. As a result, 32 per cent of respondent's report feeling tired or overworked at work, posing concerns on a correlation between boundaries and burnout.\n \n \n This sentiment was the most apparent amongst surveyed Canadians aged 18-34, with 23 per cent reporting working long hours on a regular basis and over four-in-ten (43%) struggling to set work-life boundaries.\n \n \n \"As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, where lines between work and our personal lives were blurred for many who worked from home, it will be important for employers to continue building a mindful and supportive work environment that provides employees with regular opportunities to discuss their priorities and encourages them to feel comfortable setting boundaries,\" says\n \n Ed Yuen\n \n , Vice President, Strategy and HR Outsourcin...
