The new property\nwas optioned in September (See press release dated September 19,\n2024).\n \n\n\n\n The first target to be tested is the C-3 vein in the\ncentral part of the property. This vein system has been traced on the\nsurface and projected under overburden for more than 400 metres. Two\nsections on the vein will be targeted initially. The first section, a\nzone with up to 9.1 g/t gold in chip samples and the second section, a\nzone with up to 6.6 g/t gold in chip samples. Both locations are\nmarked by distinct inflections or kinks in strike whereby the vein\nchanges azimuth by at least\n \n\n 20\n \n\n degrees. The first drill holes will test these points of\ninflection (see Figure 1).\n \n\n\n\n “\n \n\n This is an\nimpressive target. Recovering high-grade samples at points of\ninflection on a vein provide for stronger targeting for enhanced gold\ngrades. Furthermore, covered areas along adjacent veins have been\nidentified as high priority targets. This program will focus on\ndefining such high-grade zones.\n \n\n ” says Mark\nKolebaba President and CEO of Adamera.\n \n\n\n\n The recently acquired Flag Hill South Property is\nlocated in the Republic Gold District which is the largest gold\nproducing area in Washington State.  More than 4 million ounces of\ngold averaging 24g/t and 15.8 million ounces of silver averaging 110\ng/t were reportedly produced in the district before Hecla Mining\nsuspended mining operations in 1996. Flag Hill South is located on\nprivate land within the Republic Gold District approximately 10 km\nfrom the Kinross Kettle River Gold Mill.\n \n\n\n\n Jim Ebisch, P.Geol is the Qualified Person as defined\nby National Instrument 43-101 reviewing the data in this release.
