ActiveOps PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2025, where all resolutions were duly passed. Resolution 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 had votes for of 50,564,795, representing 100.00% and 70.84% of I.S.C. Resolution 3 had 47,013,164 votes for (99.49%) and 239,000 votes against (0.51%), totaling 47,252,164 votes and 66.20% of I.S.C. Resolution 4 had 50,325,795 votes for (100.00%) representing 70.50% of I.S.C. Resolution 9 had 50,552,988 votes for (99.98%) and 11,807 votes against (0.02%), totaling 50,564,795 votes and 70.84% of I.S.C. Resolution 11 had 43,418,857 votes for (85.87%) and 7,145,938 votes against (14.13%), totaling 50,564,795 votes and 70.84% of I.S.C.
